1 John 4:16 (TPT), “We have come into an intimate experience with God’s love, and we trust in the love He has for us. God is love! Those who are living in love are living in God, and God lives through them.”

This is His love we are to trust in: God so loved us that He gave us the one treasure that meant everything to Him. That treasure is His Son (John 3:16). He gave us Jesus so that through us believing in Him, we would be able to experience, to the fullest measure, what it is to be filled and flooded with God Himself (Ephesians 3:17-19). God is in love with you! He has given you all of Himself (Colossians 2:9-10). He has given you access to all of His kingdom (Luke 12:32). He has given you access to all of His healing power, and all of His wisdom and knowledge (Colossians 2:3). All of His rich treasury that exists in His glory, He has given and made accessible to you! (Ephesians 1:18). Colossians 2:2 says, “I am contending for you that your hearts will be wrapped in the comfort of heaven and woven together into love’s fabric. This will give you access to all the riches of God as you experience the revelation of God’s great mystery—Christ.” (TPT). The extent of our revelation of who Jesus is, is the extent we will experience and trust in God’s love for us. And the extent to which we experience and trust in God’s love for us, is the extent to which we will access all His riches. Philemon 1:6 tells us our faith is made effective by us acknowledging every good thing we have in Christ Jesus. Seek to know, by revelation knowledge, exactly who Jesus is, from the truth of His Word, by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:17). In knowing Him, you will know the full extent of God’s love for you. The more you know that love, the more you experience it, and the more you trust in it. That love will cause you to access and enjoy absolutely every part of God’s rich kingdom treasury that exists in the realm of His glory. A life that knows, experiences and is filled with God’s love - is empty of selfish desires, and only delights in what God delights in. This person will always overflow with gratitude and will be known for their contagious joy in every circumstance! This is how Jesus related to His Father (Psalm 45:7). As you make every effort to know Him more - you will be able to trust in God’s love for you and live in all He has already provided for you to enjoy!
