1 Corinthians 1:5 (AMPC), “[So] that in Him in every respect you were enriched, in full power and readiness of speech [to speak of your faith] and complete knowledge and illumination [to give you full insight into its meaning].”
Praise God for the finished work of the cross! The day we became born again; we were placed into the resurrected, glorious Jesus! It became the richest day of our lives. The Bible says we became joint heirs with Christ! The Passion Translation says, “In Him you have been made extravagantly rich in every way. You have been endowed with a wealth of inspired utterance and the riches that come from your intimate knowledge of Him.”. This treasure of wealth we were hooked up with, includes being filled with the power of the Holy Spirit to accurately know God and all that was accomplished for us when Jesus died, was buried, and rose again to be seated at the right hand of His Father. As we spend time meditating on the Word, the Holy Spirit makes it come alive to us, so that we can know how to apply its timeless wisdom to our lives. The more we allow that wisdom to dwell in us richly, it will become a force that will cause every promise in God’s Word to become our manifest reality! That force is called the force of faith! The more we encounter the Person of Jesus in His Word, the more intimate and fruitful our fellowship with Him becomes. That’s because it’s not based on our natural understanding, but on the truth of who He really is. The richness of this truth is so powerful, because it fills and floods us with the love and peace of God and causes a fountain of pure joy to bubble up from our spirits and overflow into every thought and conversation, with a spontaneous ease. As we continue to walk with the Lord in His Word, by His Holy Spirit, our lives will continue to be enriched! Because we know Him, and fellowship with Him, we are able to know His will concerning every area of our lives. We are able to understand the authority He has given us when we believe and speak His Name. We are able to witness every circumstance or demonic spirit standing in opposition to God’s promises, bow their knee to our command. As we speak the life and order of God over our lives and all that concerns us, from this place of rich intimacy with Jesus, every word will produce what it says. From today, remember who you are in Christ and enjoy the extravagant wealth of living full in Him!
