Free Access To God

Tuesday, 14 January 2025 | Reading taken from Ephesians 3:12 (AMPC)

Ephesians 3:12 (AMPC), “In Whom, because of our faith in Him, we dare to have the boldness (courage and confidence) of free access (an unreserved approach to God with freedom and without fear).”

We have been given unlimited access into the throne room of God. Hebrews 4:16 says, “Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].” We have been given the ability to seek and know the deep things of God, the mysteries and secretes of His heart! Ephesians 1:17 says, “[For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,”. In Ephesians 3:19, Paul said we can experience the love of Christ so intimately and intensely that we become filled, through all our being, with the fullness of God and have the richest measure of His divine Presence, becoming bodies wholly filled and flooded with God Himself! Praise God! We love and serve a God that is as powerful as He is personal. He invites us to draw near, through His Holy Spirit and partake of all He is. In knowing Him we receive all we need to live a full, satisfied life that is not just pleasing to Him, it reflects an accurate image of Who He is to the world around us. 2 Corinthians 3:18 says that as we continue to learn about the Lord from the Word, it transforms us into His very image! 2 Peter 1:3 says, “For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [full, personal] knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue).” As we respond to His invitation to draw near to Him and learn from Him, we are not just changed by Him but empowered to carry His authority and declare His Words - filling every place we enter with His very own atmosphere - the atmosphere of heaven. It’s time to push back darkness and extend the kingdom of God on this earth as we take full advantage of our privilege of having free access to the Lord, at all times!
