John 8:36 (NKJV): "Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed."

Found in the constitutions of many countries are rights declaring every citizen free. Where the constitutions outline the rights of citizens in the natural world, the Word of God is our spiritual constitution, declaring the promises of God to be our inheritance that we can enjoy here and now. The trouble is: we have an enemy who, in spite of the finished work of the cross, does everything in his power to steal, kill and destroy anything good God has done in and for us. He does this even though he has been stripped of his authority to do so. If you have found yourself bound by the spiritual shackles of sin, shame, guilt and condemnation, know Jesus has already set you free! When we daily surrender our lives to Him, allowing Him to fill us with His power, His love, and the truth of His Word; His anointing destroys the work of the enemy in our lives. Choose to keep your mind renewed by God's truth and your heart open to receive a fresh flow of His power. This way your enemy, the devil, will not be able to pull you back into bondage. You enforce the devil's defeat as you remain in Jesus, and freedom will be yours forever!
