Matthew 6:21 (AMPC): "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

Your treasure is something you regard as being highly valuable. It's something you're passionate about, that one thing that makes you feel the most alive and you simply can't imagine being without. When we fill our minds with God's Word, by the Holy Spirit enlightening it to us, we soon discover that it is alive and full of glorious treasures and we just can't get enough of it! That's why Colossians 3:16 tells us to, "Let the word have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness,". You can trust the Holy Spirit to lead and teach you as you delight in God's Word. Fill your heart and mind with it, and it will bless you more than you could ever imagine possible. It will produce in you a lifestyle that will bring you lasting life and peace in every situation. Its Treasure is there for the finding, so dig in deep and enjoy a bountiful reward that will last for eternity!
