Ecclesiastes 12:1 (NIV): "Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, 'I find no pleasure in them.'"
Today is the most important day of your life. You will never get it back and what you do with your time in it, will produce what you walk in in the future. That's why we must carefully choose every thought, attitude, word, and action and see it as a wise investment for our tomorrow. Don't waste any opportunity to surrender each detail of your day to the Lord. He is able to take whatever you give Him, and turn it into a supernatural blessing for your future. Begin your day seeking His face, expectantly waiting for a Word from His heart. Then let that word season and influence all you do. Let prayer and praise lead every decision you make and carry you through every task you put your hand to. Let them be what covers your soul with peace and confident joy when you lay your head down to sleep at night. This way you lay a strong foundation for God's favour to dominate your day's ahead and a sure path for goodness and mercy to follow you forever. With the living Christ as the focal point of your thoughts, emotions and actions, you will be able to confidently laugh with joy at the day's to come, having no fear for your future.
