Psalm 8:2 (AMPC): “Out of the mouths of babes and unweaned infants You have established strength because of Your foes, that You might silence the enemy and the avenger.”

Have you ever wondered where God’s tangible presence can easily be found? The Word says that He inhabits and is enthroned in the praises of His people. Whenever God seems far off, or you feel overwhelmed by your circumstances, start praising Him from the depth of your spirit. As you focus on Who He is and begin to proclaim His praise, His Presence will immediately be manifest. Not only will He strengthen you with His supernatural love and power, He will silence the voice of your enemy too. All those negative, discouraging thoughts that bombard your mind, with the intention of paralysing your faith with doubt and fear, will be snuffed out. Your heartfelt, sincere praise will enforce the enemy’s defeat over your life and bring God’s power right into your situation. When God is praised, salvation and deliverance dominates every circumstance and causes you to overcome! Remember, He is as close as the praise on your lips.
