Isaiah 43:2 (NLT): "When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you."

Whatever situation you are faced with today, are you sure of what God has called you to do? Have you considered whether or not you are truly willing to go where He leads you and do what He tells you to do - no matter the cost? If your heart is fixed on serving and obeying Him, then you can be assured that no matter the depth of the difficulty, you are not alone and you will not be overcome by it. No matter the level of discomfort, you will not be consumed nor destroyed by it. Your willingness to count the cost and make the choice to whole-heartedly follow after the Lord Jesus, no matter the price, will set you in the centre of His divine protection and care. He will become your confidence and the strength you need to overcome, right up until His glorious purpose is fulfilled in and through you.
