God is Your Source

Hebrews 13:5 (NLT): “Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”

The Bible doesn’t teach that money is the root of all evil; it says the love of money is. Loving God and His Word is the foundation true prosperity is built on. We fall in love with God and His Word when we spend time meditating on its truth and putting its principles into action. That’s because we see for ourselves that God is faithful to perform His Word and its principles never ever fail. Money in itself is not dependable, its value consistently fluctuates. What it gets you today, you can lose tomorrow; to put your hope and affection on it is pure foolishness. But God, on the other hand, is completely dependable; He never lies or disappoints - and His Word teaches us how to prosper. Decide to invest your time and energy in falling in love with God and His Word of truth, instead of money. You will find He is the source of all wealth and His abundant provision never fails or runs out.
