The Holy Spirit knows everything about God, because the fullness of His nature is wrapped up in Him. The Bible teaches that God desires for us to know Him this same way, fully, deeply, and intimately. But this kind of knowledge can never be grasped by our human understanding, it must be revealed to us by the Spirit of God Himself, directly into our hearts. This way we receive an exact knowledge and understanding of Who God is. Verse 18 of Ephesians 1, tells us by having the eyes of our hearts flooded with light, we can know and understand God; the hope He has called us to; and the rich, glorious inheritance that lives inside us. That inheritance is the immeasurable, unlimited, and surpassing greatness of His resurrection power in and for us who believe. And it is at work in us, to infuse us with His mighty strength. Do you see it now? God wants us to know Him fully, by His Spirit, so we can understand, without a doubt, that we are never alone. In Him, we are not only complete, we are fully flooded and filled with God Himself. All the love, power and strength we will ever need to overcome in this life abounds in us. The more time we spend with the Lord, in prayer and His Word, the more He reveals Himself to us, and we can draw from His power and strength. We were never created to live independently of the Spirit of God, let's deliberately press into His presence within us, and let Him reveal Himself to us, one glorious revelation at a time.
