When the day came for Joshua to step into his call, he was ready. Even though the prospect itself was terrifying, the Spirit of Wisdom was with him. Joshua had spent time in the presence of God and paid close attention to following the footsteps of Moses. He was about to learn that without his total dependence on God, the task ahead would be impossible. He had to keep his eyes, thoughts and heart fixed on the Word in order to see success. God has predestined us to walk full of His Spirit to accomplish His will. Just like with Joshua, He has equipped us to succeed. As we take up His Word of faith, and go in His strength, we will see His hand move mightily in our midst.
