The torn veil

Matthew 27:51

The day Jesus gave His life on the cross; the veil in the Jewish Temple that separated the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place was rent in two. Because of sin, mankind would always be separated from intimately knowing God. But Jesus took the sin of the world upon Himself; He paid the price for our redemption. He took back the authority the devil had over us and placed it right back into our hands. Because of Jesus, we can live boldly in the presence of God, and have His life; freedom and power dominate our lives. Make the most of living in that freedom today!
