Mark 4:24 (NKJV): “Then He said to them, ‘Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given.’”

Do you notice how Jesus said we must pay attention to the truth we hear, and then the measure we use that wisdom, will be the measure of wealth that is produced in our lives? We must realize God’s Word is not just a book of promises inspired by the Holy Spirit, but a living force that holds the power for every one of those promises to become a reality in our lives. 1 Peter 1:23 says the Word is an incorruptible seed that can never die. We know every seed, when planted in fertile soil has to produce after its own kind. The Word works by the very same principle. The moment it’s planted by faith in our hearts it begins to produce exactly what it holds. The life, peace, and practical wisdom it carries, begins to fill our minds and hearts. Once we take a hold of these things and apply them to our daily lives, they produce exactly what the Word has promised us. Try to imagine the full extent of wealth and blessing the seed of God’s Word can and will produce in your life when you pay attention to it.
