Matthew 22:14 (AMPC): "For many are called (invited and summoned), but few are chosen."

The Bible teaches that since before the foundation of the world we have been on the mind of God. He predestined a wonderful partnership where, together, we would accomplish His perfect will here on earth. All we need do is respond to His call and follow His lead. Of course, this requires faith, which entailsa complete surrender and obedience to the Word of God, which incidentally always leads us in righteousness. When God calls, He calls all. He sends out an invitation for us to not only be saved, but included in His divine purpose. Our appropriate response is not just to be in agreement with what His Word and instruction says, but to act on what it says. So obey Him wholeheartedly and relentlessly. This is how we embrace the call and walk as the chosen.
