1 Corinthians 1:24 (NLT): "But to those called by God to salvation, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God"

Since we are called by God to live in Christ, through His Spirit dwelling in us, we inherently possess His power and wisdom. This power and wisdom enables us to walk in holiness before Him, and empowers us to make the right choices in life. As we pursue an intimate relationship with Jesus, in His Word, the Bible says that the eyes of our hearts become flooded with light, so that we can know and understand who we are in Christ and the hope and inheritance we can experience in Him, on this side of heaven! It also says we are able, "...to know and understand the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe..." and that this power is demonstrated by His mighty strength working in us! (Ephesians 1:18-19). There is no excuse for a sub-standard way of living. Everything we go through in this life must be filtered through the supernatural wisdom and power that reside within us. Today, thank the Lord for His wisdom and power that's in you, and live above every circumstance, as you engage in the richness you possess in knowing Christ Jesus!
