Jeremiah 29:13 (NKJV): "And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart."
God's Word is misunderstood most by those who read it least. Just the same, God is misunderstood by those who don't take the time to find Him in His Word. If we just put the time and effort into searching out the truth about the nature and character of God from His Word, we would be amazed at the treasure we would find. The Bible says we will receive even more than we bargained for when we search for the truth with all our heart (Mark 4:24). Seeking God in His Word, with hearts desiring to know Him and His ways it what pleases God so much that He promises to reward anyone who does. Drawing near to Him in faith, and expecting to find Him attracts His Presence. If you are willing and you want to know the truth about God today, dare to trust His Holy Spirit to reveal that truth to your heart when you turn to His Word to find Him. He will satisfy that hunger to know Him more; so open your heart because He's waiting for you.
