Romans 8:14, 16 (AMPC): "For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.... The Spirit Himself [thus] testifies together with our own spirit, [assuring us] that we are children of God."

As a born-again child of God, you are marked. You are called. You are chosen. By your rebirth, you have stepped into a completely different way of life. The Bible says you have been translated from the kingdom of darkness that is governed by fear, into the kingdom of light that is ruled by faith! The tables have been turned - no longer does sin have power over you; now you are the one who has been given the power and authority over it. You have stepped through the door that opens to the potential of fulfilling the great purpose God has for your life - regardless of how you feel or what your natural mind thinks! No matter what others' opinions are - or how circumstances look - you must set your heart and commit your will to believe what God's Word says about you and the plans He has for you. Each day must be an irrevocable decision and an aggressive choice to believe that God will fulfil exactly what He has promised. Let His Spirit within you dominate your new life in Him; constantly making you aware that you are marked as His own!
