Human strength is fickle and unstable, which really is okay, because it becomes a constant reminder of where our true strength lies. God is our strength, and He is ever willing and able to refresh us with His presence. As we yield to His Spirit within us, our souls and bodies are washed, built up and energised in Him, and we are once again reminded that through Him, we are empowered to overcome. Whatever you need to do, no matter how difficult it is, or how long you have been working to overcome it; remember that His grace is more than enough for you. You already have an innate strength within you, that originates from the Spirit of God, Who indwells you. He has deposited in you all the necessary tools you need to prosper in this world. Only, at all times, be sure to abide in Him and His Word. That's the source of that strength you must rely on, to carry you through.
