The fruit the Word is referring to, cannot be manufactured or externally generated. Rather, it is evidence of God's Spirit at work in our lives. Spiritual fruit is a result of an internal transformation, that comes from an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. As we determine to draw near to the Lord and remain vitally connected to His heart, we will bear fruit in our lives that resembles His good nature and excellent character.
