In this story, it seems that Elisha and his servant had very little hope of survival, as the enemy surrounded them. However, God's heavenly armies were there all among, ready to move on their behalf. Only after his fearful servant connected to the supernatural through Elisha's prayer, was he able to see God's hand in their circumstance. When we find someone who will connect with us in prayer, we strengthen each other's faith and are able to see God's provision, even when one of us is weak. If you haven't already, ask the Lord to lead you to someone who will stand with you in prayer - together you will both see the hand of God at work in your lives.
