Anger

What a brilliant motto to live by: Instead of being quick to lose our tempers and have anger be our first reaction, let's follow the Holy Spirit's lead. Be quick to listen and asses His take on the situation, speak calmly with love and wisdom and by that time, that erupting volcano inside us will have subsided, eliminating the would be 'casualties of war' from our out of control outburst.
