Feeding on the Word

Psalms 119:103 (KJV)

In this season of festivities as we enjoy holiday times with our loved ones, let us not neglect the feeding of our spirit man as well. It is important to maintain an all round nourishment at all times. As the body enjoys the goodies that satisfy the body let our spirit man be satisfied with the word as well. Just like the psalmist, may we find sweetness as we constantly remind ourselves of the promises contained in the word of God.
